I had a ride to Highley behind D6700 today. Our train waited at Bewdley for 55002 to arrive on a Footplate Experience working. The journey back from Highley was behind 5164 & 4566 (not photographed) was on the other steam working.
D6700 moves the empty stock into the siding at Highley
The two locos are seen crossing onto SVR tracks, but unfortunately they stopped under the footbridge so no other photos of them. 5081 was working the diesel turn and is seen returning from Bridgnorth. 4566 & 5164 were on the steam workings & 66035 passed by on a Round Oak to Margam working. The real bonus was 6M56 with 37611 & 37259 heading for Crewe.
