34053 is seen on its second day in service at the SVR, top and tailing the Bridgnorth set with 2857. The GW loco worked the train from Bridgnorth with 34053 at the rear, then 34053 worked the train back to Bridgnorth, with 2857 available at the rear if assistance was required. Getting the train on the move from Highley seemed a bit of a struggle, 34053 had to be put into reverse before making a second attempt and finally getting away, probably with assistance from 2857 as it was working as it passed through the station.
