A Selection of Railway Photos and Videos, mostly from the Midlands

On the way to Arley I stopped off to see the HST arrive at Stourbridge, where coaches were awaiting to take some of the passengers to the Black Country Museum at Dudley. The train would continue to Worcester after dropping off the remaining passengers at Kidderminster for the SVR. Later in the day I went to Old Hill to see the HST on the return journey. There seemed to be a problem as the HST approached very slowly, finally stopping as a DMU rolled down through the station. After about 5 minutes the HST started moving again, and accelerated through the station on the climb towards Rowley Regis. I believe when it stalled, only 1 power car was running, but I'm sure both were running when it restarted. Hope it made it back to St. Pancras!
