In the 1970’s & 80’s I used to take “ordinary” photos with a cheap 35mm Kodak camera. The quality was not brilliant a lot of the time and over the years I hardly ever looked at the photos, but I think now they are of interest as they show the Railway in the earlier years of preservation.

Compared with digital photos, the scanning of old slides and general tidying up of the image is time consuming, so I work on just a few slides at a time.

There are no dates to go with the photos, so just enjoy them as they are.
