Opening the curtains on Monday morning - everywhere was white! I wanted to get some photos of trains in the snow and as the “yellow 37” was still on driver training duties passing through Walsall, that was where I decided to go. Photos are the usual mix, units and locos, the latter including 4 Class 66 diesels. I didn’t mind the wait for a connecting train at Smethwick on the way home as the snow was quite heavy, and good for photography.
