The temptation was too great, another Advenza working to Long Marston and a Colas 47 due to pass through Walsall were too much to resist. We had been hoping for the 97/3 driver training locos as well, but they didn’t run that day. Still, a few more photos with traces of snow still around are worth having, but we were glad to be heading home in the warmth of the train.
