Too wet for a walk by the river, so head to Kidderminster & have a ride to Bewdley. Only 2 locos photographed, but it makes a change from Arley.

The usual trains in the usual place, for me anyway. I think I must have taken every possible shot at Arley by now, but it keeps me on the move and stops me getting bored.
4566 seen heading away from Arley
Back to normal today and the usual walk at Arley. D1062 ran in place of 42968 which had suffered a broken spring.
As can be seen in the photo, the river level was quite high, the island was covered.
Today included a trip to Highley to photograph LNER teak restaurant car 7960 on a charter. The charter was hauled by 4566 and I quite like the shot of 4566 level with 5164 as the service train left the station. According to the headboard on one of the other trains, it was also “Sheila’s Birthday”!
Here are the two Prairies
A dull day, just a record of what was seen during the time I was there. The ducks on the “beach” amused me, the cool weather didn’t keep them away!
Rather over-exposed, I had been photographing the ducks and almost missed this shot!!
