I was on my own, so caught the train to Highley for a change of scene. Not only did I photograph all the locos running, but filmed them all as well. Which reminds me, I haven’t listed recent uploads to youtube – another task to add to the ever growing list!

These photos were uploaded a couple of days ago – I’m not keeping this blog updated, tut tut! 5164 was also running, but as it was bunker first when I saw it, I didn’t bother to photograph it. D1062 was on a test run, which I was not aware of, so it was a surprise to see it.

A drive down to Winchcombe to see a few trains. The DMU was running between Winchcombe & Laverton, the 2 steam locos were running between Toddington & Cheltenham. Looking back through my older gallery photos, there aren’t any of these 2 locos, so 2 new additions in 1 day is very good!
I decided to show the 8F here, as I often see a 28XX at the SVR
