Some diversions round the Dark Side again. Needless to say it’s in the dark – we don’t get much freight up here in daylight. A couple of the trains required a banker and 66058 was the loco performing that duty. I think I’ve worked out how to get the best shots in the dark now, I set focus manually for 100 metres & hope for the best!!

We kept some of our sandwich crumbs to try to get a robin to take them from a hand. There are 2 video clips, each of a couple of minutes or so. Take a look and see what happened!

We didn’t have our usual walk to the station on Saturday, but travelled on the train instead, because poor weather was forecast. It also meant I didn’t take a camera with me, but on Sunday everything was back to normal as the videos will show.
