After an unexciting week, I felt like a few hours out. Besides seeing the NMT (yellow HST) my other intention was to see 60049 at Kings Norton, as I haven’t any photos of that diesel in my gallery. Weather was pretty poor, but I had my new “toy” with me to keep me amused, and the train ticket was only £3.30.

Saw this at Smethwick this morning, hopefully see it later when it heads back north.

Following on from the posting when I was out today, I saw it again at Smethwick in the afternoon.
